In canon (& i assume all camera have this), To change shutter, you scroll the wheel near the shutter button. To change aperture, you press & hold AV button above navigation keys and scroll wheel. To change ISO, you press & hold ISO button and scroll the wheel. Once you are familiarised with your camera button placement, your hand will automatically move to those button with the muscle memory. I have Canon 200D.

@@mirchidarling2360 High end cameras have custom shooting modes (Example: M, AV, TV, P, C1, C2, C3). You assign the settings to the available Custom modes. For example as you asked For indoor shoot you can set the Shutter to 250 in C1, and outdoor shoot to 1200 in C2.
