Coqs was very handy for getting back yo La Tania instead of having to go all the way down to the plantery i think most people find taking there skis off a nuisance when gin the bubbles is the cable car definitely going to working for the next season

It is insane with the amount of money which flows through Courchevel (especially 1850) that it has taken this long to upgrade this base lift. Look at that vs the ones at the base of Val D'isere and it is shocking!

Thankfully it’s slowly receding but the Saulire is still looking great

I will miss the throwback experience of riding in the 4 seater cabins with the molded fiberglass seats.

It's very strange but I think in general the oldest bubbles I had ever seen were at Disneyland California(closed in '94) an access gondola at Sugar Bowl, California and in Europe. American ski areas upgraded almost everything bubble and tramway starting in '90 done by about '15. At some small ski areas some chairlifts still remain that are from before the 80's.

Whatever they do Coqs should be kept and running all the time to keep some through traffic away from that bottle neck in 1850

I'll still prefer Plantrey as I don't like taking off my skis all the time I thought Chenus had some charme to it, so I'm kind of sad it gets replaced.

Why has Coqs chair been closed so much this season, do you know Alex?

I'm guessing the number of people who used to use it were so low it wasn't worth opening it.

Hello, Do you know if the S3V will sell at the public the bubble of Chunus ?

If they don't they will probably sell them to a company like Taninges Telecabines, who i filmed in my vintage telecabines last year.
