Which I find crazy. I know you can be in the town for a period of time and can be by the plant for 15-20 minutes either a day or week before the exposure becomes too much.
Funny I don't remember this, but I'm glad you're remembering this date in time with your video. It's so important to remember the past in order to do better in the future. How horrible this must have been!
I remembered the event, but sparked my curiosity again this morning when I saw that the anniversary was today. It is definitely a tragic series of events that still plagues this part of the world.
