Cherries Crumble Cake
(springform 26cm)
1 glass cherries
400g flour
240g sugar
8g vanilla sugar
1 pinch baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 egg yellow
250g butter
1 pack vanilla pudding powder
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the flour with 200g sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder abd salt. Add the egg yolk and butter and use the dough hook to knead everything into crumbles. Brush the springform with margarine. Drain the cherries, reserve the cherry juice. Place 2/3 of the crumbles in the springform pan and press down to form a smooth base. Mix the pudding powder with 40g of sugar. Stir in about 6 tablespoons of the cherry juice until smooth. Boil the remaining cherry juice remove from the heat and stir in the mixed pudding powder. Reheat and cook for two minutes while stirring. Add the cherries and i add one apple. Fold in and allow to cool slightly. Pour the cherries mixture onto the crumble baseand spread. Scatter the rest of the sprinkles on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
