For God’s sake Please someone tell Chery’s managers to stop using that DTC gearbox. I had this car for 3 month and i sold it after driving for 13000km. Advantages: Great looking Fully comfortable options Fast and smooth driving Powerful engine Disadvantages: Not 4wd I don’t like the dct, makes me tired in city driving. Not great suspension, too much shaking. Also the seats are big, which you feel tightness in car for driver with over 95kg.
I'm surprised you bought the car not knowing it's a front wheel drive. Or did you? Secondly, I'm also surprised you didn't know the car comes with DCT (dual clutch transmission) or did you? I test drove the car, the suspension is solid taking bumps, not too hard and not too soft. Also, did you check the tyre pressure? most of these imported from china at 45PSI tyre pressure for storage. After taking my unit, I checked tyre pressure and reduce it to manufacturer reccommended spec at 33PSI and the car now runs smooth. As for the seats, I can't really comment on that since you only say your weight at 95kg, not sure how tall you are but i'm about 176cm at 82kg and it feels great. The seats probably would fit someone taller even. It's not the car it's the user. Perhaps the car just isn't for you.
@@agkibrshe Yeah we call them internet trolls. Hard to find honest commenters these days. Makes no sense to me buying a car without knowing what he paid for. If buying a car's criteria must be a 4wd and must not be a DCT, OP should not have bought it in the first place rather than complaint it on YT. It's like he wanted a steak but ordered a spaghetti fully aware it's not a steak and then complaint to the waiter its not a damn steak!
By the way, DCT isn't that bad. I drove it in pretty bad stop and go traffic and the gearbox is pretty good. It's very very responsive. I use eco mode to mellow down the car responsiveness and works wonders. It's all about foot work and getting use to the car. I rather have a great response transmission than a lame unresponsive one.
