He needs to get an attorney. There is alot of money involved, and contracts. The surrogate agreed to all this,and then turns around and decides to keep the baby, bevause she thinks that that they are only doing this for financial gain and views. Doesnt matter what she thinks. She agreed to carry this baby for them. The money has already been paid and they have been paying and providing everything,for her to turn around and decide to keep it! Regardless of how anyone feelsbl, that is the most fucked up thing to do to this couple,and i hope they sue her,and get all that money back that they put up. I know most of the videos that these RU-vidrs put out, is content usually about a person or situation,and 99% of the time its uaually that person providing their own negative narration about that person or situation,and causes people to make negative assumptions, and allegations without knowing the actual facts. There is no proof that the surrogate said anything,and nobody really knows whats going on. Everything is based on allegations and assumptions. Unless information comes directly from these peoples mouths, or actual real documentatiom, i wouldnt believe anything anyone says. IJS
I will agree that no surrogate should ever keep the baby BUT there are a LOT of cases when this happens and not even court can reverse this as it’s not recognised everywhere and private contracts come to play. So hopefully they used reputable agency that provide seal proof contracts but sometimes people choose to use someone they know or someone’s been recommended which is not a very clever thing to do

This situation happened to my friend 3 years ago who’s now in heaven! A day before the baby shower the girl said she’s keeping the baby !! 😢after they sent out invitations, we all bought so many things for the baby as well! Ugh I can’t stand some people! Stay prayed up no matter what!
That's crazy as hell, just deciding to keep the baby because you assume they're doing it for views. Thats not your business, and if you agree then you need to give them that baby. I hope you sue her for all the pain and suffering and all the money you put in helping that woman for her to just say shes keeping the baby.

Another issue is, who's egg did the surrogate get pregnant with? If it's her own then she's under no legal obligation to hand over her own child in the same way as if you get pregnant and decide to give the baby up for adoption and then change your mind. If you are carrying your own genetic child usually the mother has no obligation to give it up.

@@ANGIEAKATWINwith 60 something years is very posible it was a fake pregnancy, is very difficult for a woman to have children at 60 since a pregnancy needs human chorionic gonadotropin, normally that hormone goes away with menopause, meaning there would be no more eggs in other words ovums to be fertilized, even a woman that gets pregnant with 50 yo is very dangerous for a possibility of miscarriage, a pregnancy after 49 is not common due to that

@@Nubiiiiiaaaaaaais really difficult for a woman to get pregnant at 70 since women only have 30-35 years of fertility, unless one of their child got pregnant/raped very young I don't think a 70 year old woman can keep a full term pregnancy, since she would need or better said require hormones that are not produced anymore after menopause, for a woman to have a pregnancy at 70 she would have to have her first period at 35 yo, if not is impossible 🤷🏻♀️

This couple is so fake. This situation sounds like the baby is actually the "surrogates" and that she isn't ACTUALLY a surrogate. This sounds more like an adoption situation and the biological mother is 100% allowed to change her mind before baby is born.

Right,they didn't go thru the proper channels, they just plucked someone off the streets, and I sure he had to physically do the do to get this person pregnant.

@@FriendsFromFarAway no that is not how "surrogacy" works. A surrogate gets pregnant with the intention of giving them their child. She doesn't have their blood. They would be adopting a child therefore it is only HER child. I pray she keeps the baby and doesn't give it to them.
As crazy as I think this is, I also think it’s wrong for someone to reneg on something like this. They’ve been doing this for a while and wanting a baby….
I empathize with both parties, on one side the surrogate mother is carrying the child and having doubts (and i don't blame her), while the couple is longing to have the baby (its very easy to judge them though, but who are we to judge?) this is their lives that they have chosen whether or not society accepts them, which they will most definitely not with their backstory and age gap! But the surrogate mother should have figured this out before carrying the child, but i guess people are entitled to change their minds? Like how was she ok with it before and suddenly not now, thats what i don't get.
Definitely need a lawyer. It they sign an documents stating that the to the surrogate has the right to change her mind then there is nothing they can do. But if there isn’t then she breach contract. I hope they read before signing definitely need to get a lawyer involved.
I feel like the surrogate is the one that did this for clout this couple. I’ve been watching them since they’ve been started and you can clearly tell they’re in love and this is a real relationship. They wanted to build a family. This lady lied to them sold them a dream just to turn around and tell them I don’t want to do this anymore, I can’t do this anymore. Mind you, she said all this after she already been impregnated. I think the really even cares for the baby at all at the end of the day the baby is not hers. She’s just a carrier literally. she saw how famous they were. She decided to pray on that and now she’s trying to get money.
Everyone is entitled to live and happiness .. I get some concerns with her age but as long as they’re happy that’s all that matters . He is a grown ass man it’s not like there is a pedo relationship going on . Some people can’t see others that are truly happy .

I agree that if their happy and want a child thats their decission to do so. But, they have chose willingly to film their life and their decissions so need to except whatever good or bad veiws people have on it. If you don't like or can't handle the bad veiws then shut down your account and live a private life.

So… As someone who sees this here and there but doesn’t follow it bc I hate tiktok… What happens when she uses the baby for payments? Lots of women are getting payouts from donors they never met bc they don’t need a man, but wanted a child…(still trying to work that one out in my head 🤔). Then suddenly they get child support from the man who they didn’t need… Sorry, I got sidetracked, but I kinda feel this chick will do the same. It’s not too far off from the ones I just spoke of. I honestly don’t think they need a kid. Yes it’s bad to say but Cheryl is up in age she’ll most likely pass away before that child hits 18 leaving Quan a single father of a child god knows how that’ll affect quan and said child

And with them sharing their life on the internet and earning money gives people the right to talk and discuss them as it comes with the territory. I’m sure if they went on to live their life away from social media people wouldn’t even remember them not share their opinion

@@carynb9180 hello! So we don’t actually know but due to her age I assume they either used donated egg or it’s surrogates egg. Because of her age she doesn’t ovulate so I don’t think they used her egg or maybe there’s a way. There is also a first video linked in the comment section 🙂

This woman is too old to produce health eggs to have a baby to be fertilized. I don't believe no doctor would have performed the procedure on his wife. The eggs aren't viable.
