He deserved a chance. He deserved to go through. He had a good voice, he just needed a bit of vocal work. I actually believed that the main reason he didn't go through was because the Judges wanted to make good television, add drama to the show, increase viewing rates and also make Cheryl as uncomfortable as possible. He might not have won the competition or gone very far, but, at the very least, he deserved a chance. Cheryl was the only one to sympathise and also step down. I could also sense that Louis didn't want to judge or coach him again after meeting him on popstars the rivals.
Although he didn’t go through he does have a decent voice but not a winning voice. His friend was correct about stepping down from judging. There was a conflict of interest.
