It's a great horned owl, you can tell because of the tiger stripes and yellow eyes

he is not a eurasian eagle-owl as the video title would make us think, he is actually a Great Horned Owl : he has yellow eyes, not orange, is small, and has horizontal bars not vertical. They also said in the video he is from America, there are no eurasian eagle owls in america.

That beak is built to rip flesh.
