nah the queen was protecting the bishop, plus if he attacked the queen would kill the bishop putting the queen on whites position on the board, which is a disadvantage

1:00 For everyone who was confused why the pawn was "defenceless", it's because that the white queen and bishop created a double attack on the d3 pawn, which was like there were no bishops.
