@@whiggi Not sure of the solution. THAT music was distracting. No music might be sterile. Check around on other videos (including non-chess videos) for possible solutions.
Chessnut did upgrade the pieces about a month after I purchased my set... Unsure the effect it had on the size of the pawn, I doubt much. They also introduced a premium set of pieces shortly after that upgrade as well.. both options would have been appealing to me.. but as you know I purchased a nicer set to compliment the board :)
does the bluetooth blink when you first turn it on? im not at the board right now but from memory, when the board is on and the light isnt blinking i think hold the + button and it will start blinking again
Been 14 days since I ordered not sure if it’s normal but still haven’t received it. When tracking your chessnut pro did it show any progress on the shop app with australia post?
Definitely reach out to support, when I contacted them they always got back to me pretty quick! I remember they had a separate app to track through, unsure if that's still the case

Seriously. Buying that is because you want some exercise, feeling the real world and so on. It could be like a trophy you buy after some real tournaments where you won.
yes youll have to move both sides. havent used the kingdom, or any set that has self moving pieces. i find their movements kinda annoying, im ok with the light up squares and move the pieces myself
You have to move the pieces for both sides. But for me playing online with an e-board is still much more pleasant experience than with a normal board because I only need to check opponent's moves on the screen (I have trouble understanding the voice announcement correctly) but I don't have to touch the mouse or keyboard at all unless I want to resign or to offer a draw. It makes a lot more difference than I would have thought.
@michalkubecek with this board no need to check on the screen as the squares lights up :) In fact, I sometimes have the pieces on the screen turned off as well to take away from the distraction of the screens view, forcing me to focus on the actual chess board :) So much nicer playing on a board vs a screen
@@whiggiYes, that might be the only significant downside of the full sized DGT boards. I like the way designers of Chessnut Pro did it: the LEDs are there when you need them but only visible when lit.

@jahwshfig I'd be hitting up their support. I contacted support and they got back to me within the day :) as for how long exactly? Not sure on that, I just looked at the order and arrival time
