That standing chest press is a real nice piece of kit, need to get me one of those.

Love the banded DB chest when you do a one arm press, with either the one arm fully extended or even at a full stretch, or even an alternating piston press with the band, works great as a finisher with the lighter weight 💪

Brother Fouad, what an episode! It was awesome to see you mentoring the up and coming. Solid advice in building confidence. When you said in so many words hey this is the top level act accordingly you can tell it was serious yet sincere. It’s honest and real and that’s what I love most about Hosstile the brand, supplement brand and yourself. I was a Marine for many years and felt good being apart of Americas best, it’s cool to follow something else that is best in its class. Living Hosstile 💪🏼and I’m out!

There is always going to be someone to dispute what you say and so talk your lived experience (paraphrasing a bit) is really solid good advice to give to Nathan imo to get him to get more comfortable on camera. And it's absolutely something I've come to respect about the guys on the Hostile podcast. The honesty and telling us what works for THEM.

I'm jealous! I want to own my own gym so bad. Congrats Nathan! Live the dream! It's really good to have the support from someone like Fouad.

This gym is absolutely freaking bad@ss.. The music Nathan and staff plays is top notch as well, and that matters. Garbage gym music is way too prevalent lol

Weight lifting is so general, there are so many ways to build a good body, you almost can’t give bad advice.

dont throw the weights down please thats gym rules lol you should know better :)
