Muay Thai and BJJ wreaks havoc on our bodies but is a great workout and great for women's self defense. Lots of C spine compression in BJJ and in Muay Thai too (chin down hands up). Love your videos! Helped me a lot with anatomy in nursing school😁

Love this. I did not trust chiropractors until a physical therapist friend recommended one who used the activator method. I had spent a year prior to that visit in constant, immense, searing pain in my lower spine, pelvis, and down my left leg due to a bulging disc. After a few visits, and spinal decompression techniques which I periodically use, my pain and stiffness is gone, and I haven’t been back for two years.

It looks quite interesting how this method can work. I fell off a bouncy castle at the tender age of 41 ha 5th June 2022 I have been in pain with my sternum for over 4 weeks now and feels like it’s not going back to normal. As an avid weightlifter in my spare time this is driving me crazy as I cannot be as active as I would like to be. So my question is would you recommend acupuncture (which I have booked in with next week )or a chiropractor ? Thanks in advance. Wayne

My issue is that the chiropractor that I go to spends no time at all. Literally you’re in and out within 4-5 minutes. I’m so over it

@@gd.523 definitely been there. One time after a car accident my insurance referred me to this chiro. He wrote down whip lash and concussion after asking me my name. Twisted my neck then told me how he despises Mexicans and blacks. But he used much different language. I never went back needless to say.
