Chest Press Technogym 

My fitness club has only technogym machines. I'm not a big fan of the "purestreng machines" for row and pull maybe because of my anatomy (my friend love row and pull machine). But this machine showed in the video is the best I tested for chest. I have very good results with this one, better than when I do chest press with a barbell, once again I think it is because of my anatomy. The movement is really natural and smooth on this machine for me.

He did chest press machine and cleaned the peck flyes machine. WTF M8 ?

I have a question; Why do people give their foot to that?

Wie ist das hier mit der Höhe der Ellbogen? Sollten die nicht in etwa 45° haben? Wenn ich die Arme so hoch nehme geht mir das voll in die Schulter.
