Sometimes, whenever I eat M&Ms, I like to hold two m&m's in between my fingers and squeeze as hard as I can until one m&m cracks. I eat the cracked one, and the one that didn't crack becomes the champion. Then I grab another m&m, and force it to compete with the champion in this deadly game of m&m gladiators. I do this until I run out of m&m's, and when there is only one m&m left standing, I send a letter to m&m's brand with the champion m&m in it with a note attached that reads: "Please use this m&m for breeding purposes."
captain caveman that’s what Romanians actually partially do during easter , they take painted boiled eggs and hit them against each other to see which one breaks and say “The Christ has been reborn”. The broken one gets eaten while the other becomes the champion.

Nice workout ! Amazing results ! I'll do the same tommorow by starting on the incline bench. It's the harder portion of the chest that we have to work. You helped me for real. Stay strong !
I am also a Fitness and gym trainer... Some people bench press for a very long time and the biggest mistakes that i see people making is, that their grip does not coordinate a work right for how long their arms are. So what we want to do is, is you want to make sure that our grip is right because we want to basically keep that muscle pliable.
Great vid yet again! I do bench first, then go to the Nautilus machine for overload to failure. I don't use a spotter because my rest periods are too short to lift with someone.

Just wanted to say thx i tried the wide grip presses today it felt great not that taxing on shoulders as i thought. Tough to explain but not only was the stretch same but i felt like on the positive i was recruiting more muscle.
+Fitz Mayi True! Nice that you tried it out, I was pleasantly surprised when I a wide-grip as well. As Arnold said, the deeper the stretch, the better the contraction. !
Great vid bro! Can you give me some tips about developing the inner chest? I find it difficult to grow those parts while my outer pecs are still get bigger regularly, I really dont want to have indents in the middle of my chest :( Thanks in advance!

Going to apply pyramid sets to my workouts.Decline with dumbells never see that but going to apply that as well in today's workout.I can feel the soreness coming already.
the way you pyramid up in weight for mass goals in chest is it ok to apply this on arms and goin low as 6 reps on armd heavy weight? would this make them grow? thanks.
is there anything wrong with training to failure each set I don't do pyramid sets this way, I go up in weight if I can get above 12 but I don't stop at 12 I'll stop when I hit failure or if it's way to light and I get like 20 I'll stop then and go up more in weight and I'll keep doing that in a session until I can't hit 12 anymore and I'll stay at that weight until I drop to 6 reps?
hey i have been doing a full body workout routine, but my chest is kind of lacking can i do chest only workouts on my off days? or should i just add in more chest exercises on the days where i do my full body workout to target the other parts of the chest?
what do u recomend to people that cant really feel the chest contracting 100% with the db flies? my form is on point i think but i cant feel as much tension
You're not supposed to feel it contract 100% on the dumbbell flyes, because you lose tension at that point. I usually contract it myself by using mind-muscle connection. If you really want to contract the chest hard, do cable flyes.
