My fav rapper and has influenced me , I discovered chess 16 or so years ago and i was in a dark place played him and Farma to get through it. I like how you can hear Chesta mature as a rapper o ver the years and change his views and go from telling horrow tales to making your feel inspired and have hope. Mad love thanks for this upload

Big Up Everyone hope you enjoy this Interview with Chester it was done with not much preparation so was pretty much off the cuff and i had alot more to ask but nearly 2 hours in cab at 40 degrees heat was proper burning. Hopefully we can do a Part 2 in the Future and Please Comment like & Subscribe and Share the History as i have No Team around me or Marketing Budgets im a one man band. I mostly listen to and play the bass in black metal bands in Poland and know Chester P only because of "Wicker Man Theory" sample on the end of "Crazy Man" remix by Block McCloud ft. Celph-Titled & R.A. the Rugged Man. *Wicker Man Theory* blew me away for the depth and paradoxical comparisons, and since then Chester P has been on my radar. Salute from Poland!

Dam never realised how similar my background was to his. I grew up in south west but I can relate to all of this especially the vw beastie boys and fashion thing. Difference is he went on to mic skills and recording. Big up Chester p and the whole UK hip hop scene.

@@isotonic9002 return Mmmmm...I wouldn't like too say that not saying impossible.. he did have the best around him he just happened too be good at what he does..I lean towards farma kinda gave him the energy too do it..not saying he needed farma but I reckon the relationship they both made each other who they are today,that why such a shame they don't speak much now..I think Chester thought farma though he a bit above people from what I've heard n alot more straight as a person maybe something like that n Chester is complete street level too street level lol,but I dunno they brothers n hope they work out the difference

Love big chester he's a proper wordsmith, storyteller, producer and teacher, That really touched me being a rapper and graff writer and hearing chester say it's hard for us to explain ourselves or be understood unless your using your art! I first heard him on the 10 pound bag album in 04 and was blown away by every track I heard from him since, big respect from WMD crew up in Glasgow ! Great interview from a very intelligent, talented and always intriguing Chester P. He really has a great way of analysing life and the world. Never forget those performances. They had such a presence wherever they graced the stage. That’s what I remember the most and Chester was (and still is a beast), I was still rapping then and I can’t lie, these man inspired me. Chester is dead on about graff bruv, tagging is the only aspect of graff that will never sell out. I stick to tagging because only brothers that know respect it. The public doesn't get it, they can't read it and they are not inspired to understand it. Doesn't matter if your toy damage is damage and that's all that matters.
