Chettinad Chicken Gravy | South Indian Chicken Curry | Chicken Chettinad | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
1 kg chicken
1 spoon coriander seed
1/2 spoon cumins seed
2 spoon saunf
3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
2 cloves
1 small star anise
1 small javitri
12-15 black pepper whole
2 onion
2 tomato
2-3 whole chilli
chop coriander
1/4 spoon kasoori methi
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
1 spoon degi mirch powder
3-4 tbsp oil
grated coconut
1 spoon poppy seeds
2 tbsp tamarind pulp
