Pro-Tip: He has a hood deflector on his Blazer. I tried this without a hood deflector, and the hood didn't shut properly. Had to adjust it accordingly, and it doesn't look as good. I recommend getting the deflector so you can see the light bar, as shown in the video. Question: How do you close the fuse box without cutting the wire? Mine closes, but the fuse box cover is a pretty snappy fit. Afraid that the red wire will be cut if I close the box.

I didn't realize you were going to stick it to the bonnet, it would have being better for me if you showed how you ran the wires as the wire doesn't.seem long enough.

What vehicle are you putting it on? I ran it down the hood strut. On the driver side....the Duramax was much easier but the blazer was a total pain....as there was no good way to put it. Odd colors but yellow should be your hot wire

I don't remember the actual number but tie it into the front left fog. It's the dominant on the circuit and will work with the dimmer

Very cool video. Thank you for posting this. If you were to go with the white/amber or RGB versions of the light strip, do you have a recommendation on where to connect the turn signal leads to get it to fire off the left or right turn signal functions on the newer Chevy Blazer? (Mine is a 2020)

I don't know the exact fuse number but you can tap right into the left and right solenoid in the fuse box. It's the same as the 19 thru 23

I also have the same light bar kit you are talking about and have the same question about the turn signals. Did you ever get it figured out? Just trying to save myself some time, lol.

@Kareen907 Yes, and it looks really cool! F24 & F27 are the trailer stop lamp turn signal for right and left. The only downside is that when you hit the brakes, it blinks yellow like you have the hazard lights turned on.

You're welcome Make sure you stick it under the hood, far enough forward that you see it when the his is closed. There is a good overlap on the hood and if it is below or too far back, you don't see the light bar at all.
