Yep it was a one owner survivor with over 300,000 miles on the clock. I think the spark plugs were changed onetime. Link to TOOLS and PARTS I USE...

I looked at a few other videos after watching yours, yours by far has been the best. Very informative and concise with a little bit of humor thrown in for good measure! Thank you for your tutorials!

Awesome tutorial. Especially liked having the torque specs too.

I use a locking ball extension. The socket always comes up with the extension. To unlock the ball, just press the button. Using it for years. The manual says to change the air filter every 50,000 miles, if you want change the plugs then or every 100,000 miles.

Tip... Take the rubber plug out of the inside of the spark-plug socket when putting the plugs back in. Just watch the plug doesn't fall into the hole too fast. Keeps the socket from staying stuck on the plug and connected to the extension when you pull it back out.

Aside from not showing a clear video shot (out of focus) of the worn plugs you removed (you should have held your hand in behind the worn pulled plugs so the camera could focus), I'd say this was a very informational video. Hope she's still running well for you.

How I know when is time to change the spark plug
@SteveAZ711
@SteveAZ711 4 месяца назад
I like to change mine out around every 100000 miles. Depending on plug quality some plugs need changing around 30000 miles. If you are having starting issues, misfires, or poor idling, then it may be a sign that the plugs need to be looked at. Thanks!

@@keeponkeepkeepingon8376 ...Although he didn't answer your question directly, as in, yes, I would once again buy this exact same model of HHR...he did in a roundabout way state that he would buy this car again because this is the SECOND one he's bought. And he purchased it USED. I'd say that is a definitive answer to your question.
