Nice to hear from you!! Not the best fabricator, but I can make it work OK. Don't have all the cool equipment that we used to have either. Being in the HVAC business has been good. I had a few bucks set aside and Gary wanted to build a race car project, so we are having fun with it. Stay in touch.

Good question. We have seen some in the 2500-2700 pound range but those were full race. We are shooting for 2900 lbs race ready with driver. Keep in mind that this is all steel, all glass, fiberglass hood, with most of the factory frame under it. It will be back-halfed, so round tube and 4 link from the cab back. It also has to have lot of tubing in it to pass 25.3 SFI for 6.90 and faster 1/4 mile passes. Steel block, turbos, intercoolers, etc. So could be made lighter but we wanted the longer wheelbase to help keep the front end on the ground.
