Two free Jellies. It really is a shame that people who used to take those things and commit random acts of violence had to ruin it for the rest of us who could use them responsibly. Nowadays I dont sleep for weeks at a time and have been reduced to swallowing handfulls of 2mg valium whenever I can get some that arent counterfeit.
not really sure where the assumption that they made you violent came from, benzos do literally the opposite. i love temazepam and heroin together its the most intense pleasurable happy high ever it sucks that they dont interact very well on a health level. im sure my heart stopped beating for a few seconds the last time i cocktailed them, such a tempting high though is the price worth it? perhaps.
Tragic. Sad. Pish! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fucking quality man!!! Thanks for that, Rab McGlinchy is the best character in Chewin' The Fat along with Ronald Villiers!!!
Thanks for Still Game lads,ye hit a high there...I've seen this before but I still come back to it..so many Glaswegian characters..shame you don't go about in the same circles noo..ye gotta move on..saw your show last Sunday, thanks..
theyre not people theyre neds its just a dialect i think funny. sounds anyway much better then any english or american accent. its a modern glaswegian folk culture.
I know a few people that are in a desperate need of such a translator. Not only that they speak nothing but slang but they are unable to understand other forms of English.
@dohped Muppet? You may well be right, although the word ned has been used in the same context since the 50s, the neds, or wide boys preceded the Glasgow teddy Boys, ma auld granda was using the word when i was a wean in the 60s! It was also used frequently in 70s crime fiction. The acronym or 'backronym, came decades after the word was used frequently. Got no idea who invented it, but as you suggest it was probably about a decade old. How's that for typing 'shit' on the net? :-)
When i type on the pc i use english as it's well known but when i talk to my friends on msn i type like i talk. Its up to each person how they type their language. Don't be such a snob.
