That is an very simple recipe but looks amazing especially the ice cream on top can coconut milk be substituted for Almond and is there a way to make without an ice cream maker???
You can definitely use coconut milk instead of almond milk. To make it without a churner, try the following. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer container. Smooth out top and place parchment paper on the surface. Freeze for about 4 to 6 hours, until firm. During that time, stir the ice cream ever 30 minutes for the first 2 hours. Then stir it every hour for the remaining time. The ice cream won't be as creamy without a churner but should still work.
