Chi Adanna Ilori (she/her) was born in Ikorodu, Nigeria and came to the United States in 2007. A self-taught designer, photographer, and seamstress, Chi Adanna loves making beautifully crafted clothes. She received a SEED grant from Immigrants Rising to support her fashion business, Chi La Vida.
Chi's speech was given at "15 Years of Immigrants Rising: An Anniversary Celebration” on June 17, 2023 in San Francisco.
