FYI, the application fee includes the Immigration Levy of $35 , which is required to be paid by travellers to New Zealand.

Hi FP_Katrina. Based on what I read, prepaid accommodation consists of like hotel or motel or airbnb na nabook mo na and paid narin. Ako noon, gumawa ako ng letter na naka-address sa Immigration, stating na my family will stay with me while in NZ.

Hello to you, Lanie! If visitor visa po, BAKA hanapan kayo ng return ticket kasi this visa does not allow you to stay indefinitely. Kami po kasi lahat ng naka visit visa na friends and family namin, may return ticket po bago umalis from their country of exit. Lalo sa Pinas dba po unf Immigration medyo naghahanap ng mga evidences na babalik.

Hello @MessJB! Based sa experience namin, sumulat lang kami plus nagsend ng tenancy agreement kasi nagrerent lang kami. Also, nagpaalam/naginform kami sa may ari ng bahay na may mga relatives kami na darating to stay then pinasign din namin sa letter but if it is their own home, I would think (this is just me) letter na informing Immigration na kanila kayo magstestay during the duration of your stay then evidence na its under their name. Sila gagawa ng sulat with signature/s.

Hello @danielscott2405! 👋 The timeframe would be the same for any nationality that would apply for a visit visa. As per the immigration website, it will take about 3 weeks for them to process an application but this can be shorter or longer depending on the documents and requirements you submit. It will take longer when the immigration office requests more documents or information from the applicant. Hello Queenie! Kamusta? Yes, never kami nag agency. Lahat DIY! 😊 Yes, everything’s clearly indicated sa website. Mababasa mo doon lahat. Sa cover letter spinecify ko lang kung ano ung intention ko tsaka bakit ko gusto pumunta ng NZ. Nilista ko rin lahat ng supporting documents ko na sinubmit sa application. 😊

Hi Jly! This actually depends on you pero usually return ticket ang binibili kasi pwedenh magquery and immigration sa country of departure and arrival. If one way ticket, siguro need lang to make sure na you can prove na hindi ka mag o-overextend, magtatago, and na capable ka (funds) to buy yourself a ticket pabalik sa country mo. Hope this helps.

Hi Jovy Keah! Congratulations on your visa! Yung offload, hindi ko pa siya naexperience and I do not know anyone na nakaexperience so I cannot share something about it. Sa immigration naman, based on personal experience, provide what is asked from you. Since mag vivisit ka, dalhin mo lahat ng sinend mo noong nag apply ka. Basta prove na genuine ang reason for coming mo here. ❤️

Hi Jamie! I would remind you to still bring your coat on August if you are coming. 😊 Last month of winter yan but malamig parin kahit October. Depende rin kung saan ka magstestay. Anyhow, I do not have a format but based on experience, I only followed a business letter’s format during those times I communicated with INZ.

Hi Starships Gala! Let me clarify this by pasting this from INZ’s website: Citizens of the Philippines do not have to pay a fee or immigration levy for this application, when coming to New Zealand for fewer than 60 days. Each person must pay an International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL) of NZD $35. This is included in the cost. If you are applying through paper based means, you also need to pay the courier fee if you opted for this (Php 380 - Php 600). You should also pay for the VAC Service fee for each application (Php 1,000).

Wow!!! What a lovely reunion this will be @onofreflores8002. ❤️ Actually hindi ko sure kung anong hihingin ng immigration officer sayo pero tingin ko kung sponsored ng ng girlfriend ninyo, need niyo po dalhin evidences ninyo to prove yung relationship ninyo and kung ano mang sponsorship documents na meron kayo. Based lang sa akin ito ah pero di ko po masasabi kung ano iaask ng IO or kung ano po hahanapin. Return ticket, accomodation info, mga ganyan din po. Safe trip!

Hi Meme! Sorry it took me awhile to see your comment. Based sa experience ko (2014 pa yon), wala naman silang inask pero dala ko lahat ng legal documents ko. Regarding the police certificate, hinfi ko lang sure if kailangan pero noon pumunta ako rito, naka work visa ako so meron akong NBI na dala dahil kasama yun sa pinasa ko sa Immigration noon nag apply ako ng visa. Hi Engr! 😊 Based sa mga kakilala ko, mas mahaba ang waiting time sa decision ngayon but as long as maprovide mo lahat ng requirements and maprove ng applicant sa immigration officer ang genuine intentions nila, the probability is higher of course. 😊

@@EngrPosi Hi Engineer! Sorry hindi ako nakareply agad and wala po akong facebook page eh. Anyhow, yung sa cover letter, applicant ang usually gumagawa though pag magpapasponsor ka, maganda rin magsulat yung magsposponsor sayo para maexpress nila yung coverage ng sponsorship. Meron din form para sa sponsor na need nila pirmahan. Google mo nlng :) Itong answer ko based lang sa kung anong gagawin ko kung ako ang nasa sitwasyon mo ah. Hehehe!

Hello QUINN SWEETNTREATS! 😊 Personally, I am not aware of any limit po when it comes to the number of people applying for this visa. Back in 2015, 3 family members ang nagvisit sa amin at the same time then okay naman po. Case to case basis lng din po I guess, kasi minemake sure po ng mga countries na walang mga illegal stayers.
