To calculate the confidence interval of, for example, the process potential Cp, you need the quantiles or the percentiles of the chi-square distribution.
This lesson is all about calculating the quantiles of the chi-square distribution.
No process potentials are calculated.
The quantiles of the chi-square distribution for specific probabilities are usually summarized in tables.
In this lesson, we will create the probability density and distribution function graphs and calculate the quantiles for different probabilities and plot them on these graphs.
