Sawadee ka! I am watching from the Netherlands! the bright sunny weather from this vlog could not be a bigger contrast to the rainy gloomy weather we have here! 🥰 Thank you guys in advance for a greatly entertaining vlog!
Chiang Rai province is so relaxing and chill! The last time when I was there I rented a scooter and drove around, passing luscious green rice paddies, Buddhist temples and cute cafés. The nature and temple architecture are so unique there, love that you captured that in your video
awesome!! ❤ Chiang Rai is my hometown. Some of the perspectives that you convey Makes me who was born here feel excited in a new perspective that I've never seen before... Thank you for choosing my hometown... May you all be very happy... Thank you.
To be honest, I was just around Chiang Rai 3 days ago and you just made it really aesthetic! The music choice, the vibe, the sceneries are really beautiful! This is just a beautiful vlog!
Not too sure if you will see this, but firstly this was a beautifully edited video. Thank you. I was wondering, where do you find the music? Thank you. 🥰
Finally!! Not a fan of temples in Thailand (you need to do Angkor in Siem Reap and Borobudur in Yogyakarta) but enjoyed your video thoroughly. Some viewers may not know this. In the Mood for Love was filmed in Thailand for the retro vibe because rapid development in Hong Kong means old buildings are getting knocked off. Can’t wait to see what Sam and Victor will show us for the 200,000 followers milestone!!
Wonderful vibe 🎉🎉 I'm not a fan of Thailand, but I love the lovely elephants. ❤❤ By the way, I can feel the hot weather though your vibe, quite interesting 😅
Chiang Rai reminds me of the cave rescue some years ago. The village is such a beautiful place to visit. The resort is gorgeous and scenery breathtaking!
Amazing video. Very engaging and poetic flow. Can't wait to see more of your travels. Chang Rai has developed a lot...kind of like Chiang Mai in early days.
I was waiting for this! And right off the bat, the opening shot made my jaw drop. Wowie!! 😲🤩 (Watching from Bangkok, by the way. So glad you came back to Thailand again so soon.)
hi! your video really stood out to me among the gazillion cluttered thailand videos cos of the simple classy look. I didn't even realise I was watching for almost for an hour! Would you be able to share the links of the places you discuss in your videos?
Great video, but I'm guessing I speak for a lot of viewers when I ask... "Please can you list the artist/music played in the video?" Either that, or make a Spotify playlist for us all to enjoy 😉
@@ChiiBiiBooyes that would be the most ideal. But compared to other places I seen, this is can be considered much better scenario already. They didn’t make the elephants carry humans or hit them with a rod to make them behave the way they want them to be. Their natural habitat are kept close to what would have been. They are rescued and kept safe from poachers. And this is good enough.
Wow- I love your vlogs- this trip was amazing. So many great spots to visit. The White Temple was unreal. The ground sculpture with the hands was so realistic and creepy Lol. I had to laugh regarding your description of the gold wash-temple. Haha. The color and details of the Blue Temple interior were just amazingly beautiful. You really captured the essence of Chiang rai- especially the Saturday market. 👏🏻👏🏻👍🩷💙
Sam & Victor! Headed to Japan for momijigari this 🍂 & ALL your vlogs showed us the way! Loved Fukuoka specifically. (By the way you missed a day trip to Arita porcelain capital of Kyushu) But you get a pass. Your’e Chiang Rai vlog convinced my wife to go there for our 25th wedding anniversary. Ciao! 👋
Hi! I'm in Bangkok, but I also work in Chiang Rai. Chiang Rai has over 1,000 coffee shops, and the coffee is exported worldwide. Try the Akha ethnic food when you visit again. It's delicious and made with natural ingredients. Nice clip!
That vlog was wonderful. Gosh, I missed your more frequent blogs while you were away. So good to see you both on the road again. Fantastic places you visited. That white temple was amazing. Thanks for this great long vlog - it was terrific.
What a beautiful place to visit. Loved your first hotel and the elephants, such gentle giants. Thanks again for another great video, and wonderful music ❤
Wow. Your vid suddenly popped up on my feed so I clicked and I’m impressed! Totally love your editing and choices of music. They’re super soothing and it makes me want to travel too. Now I’m a fan! Thank you for sharing your journey with us💖
What a lovely movie, well done, I go to Chiang Rai every year and you really do it justice, lots of my favorite places and some new ones to go to next time I am there, thanks so much 👍♥
If you come back chiang rai again, i recommend to go to Doi Chang , world-class coffee plantation area and a lot of coffee shop with panoramic view. Far from city about 1 hr.

Hello! Just a suggestion: When you guys visit the cultural sites, it would be great if you included a bit of info on their background/history like when were the temples built, what sect of Buddhism, why is the temple all white/blue and what do the colours symbolise, etc. Just thinking extra info could enrich your vlogs even more ☺️
Incredible editing on this video, such grace and flow is magical. I’ve subscribed and watched other videos you both do, and they are perfect. This video has shown me the spots I will be visiting later in the year! Keep up the good work. Oh! If you go to Chiang Mai - love to see your vlog! 😊
Love your travel adventures soo much!! So much fun to watch and learn. I think it was especially kind the driver was also included in some of the activities ❤❤
Excellent video, I always rate Chiang Rai as one of the best places to relax and not as noisy as in Chiang Mai.....Your style without much host talking is a great style of video story telling !
Hi, I'm watching from the northeastern province of Korat (its official name is Nakhon Ratchasima). This is the 1st big city to which our first high-speed rail starting from Bangkok will go. The project is under construction and should complete before (too) long. Thank youfor featuring Chiang Rai so well. A lot more people should visit this place as well as it's just next door to the uber-popular Chiang Mai.
I love Sam & Victor’s blog. After reading your blog today, I tried an iced Americano at Starbucks for the first time. It was very delicious. I want to drink it again, but since it’s expensive, I’ll hold off for now. ✌︎('ω'✌︎ )
Great caught your vlog in time - have been waiting all weekend. Thankfully visited a new coffee capsule shop and sipped the most amazing Mucho Berry coffee on rainy stormy Sunday from Momos Busan
Your video has inspired my wife and I to visit the same spots. How did you hire the driver? What was the budget for the driver? Thanks so much for your videos. Happy Canada Day!
I haven't been to Thailand since 2015 but I'll never forget the funny lost in translation phrases 😂 my favorite was a nail salon offering "pedicure and medicure" 🤣
