@@saturn1958 She is, even though I believe that they didn't mentioned that in anime. It's kinda important for her character. That's also technically why her dream to grow up is considered to be so especially powerful.
@@starryskies113 No, I think they said that it's because her dream was granted and she contacted him somehow via this dream. I just meant that a lot of children dream to grow up, so it would be hard to explain why is she so special. But since she's a 900 years old child, it's kinda understandable that her desire/dream to finally grow up is actually special and strong. She had a lot of time to nurture it; and she also probably understands her desire much better than most children.
I don't remember the lore too well... it was quite a long time ago when I read the manga, watched the anime and played some games like SMAS :) But anyway, if we're to put aside the lore on chibi-chibi origins (which is kinda complicated as far as I remember), technically she may as well be their daughter even without 'grands' and 'greats'.
In the anime, chibi chibi was Sailor Galaxia’s star seed that she cast out from herself before chaos took over. In the manga, she is sailor cosmos who went back in time to watch over sailor moon.
