Yea I wouldn’t expect to get a cover girl blush that’s like 5 bucks and L’Oréal lip liner again like 5 bucks in a 43 dollar box when other ones give you all high end stuff for less money and some even more items
@@EmclowYeah.. I decided to try this subscription again because I canceled before for being so disappointed. Well, I got a violet voss essentials palette (needless to say it's not only cheap, it's in every box out there), maybeline black eyeliner, ofra bronzer, covergirl highlighter and a bareminerals lipstick. the only thing that ACTUALLY is worth in the whole box. I opened a ticket with them. It was literally leftovers. and most of those products were not even in the description card they sent. in none of the variations. I think if they can't honor the products, they need to not charge us and skip the month for those subscribers then. The month I got was the may/jun so... depending on their reply, I will just cancel it and remind myself to never do this one again. EVER. It seems like I'm not the only one here who had issues with them.
I liked this box but customer service is AWFUL!!!!! Was missing the lip liner and I have had to pretty much beg and plead for help just to get an email asking did photo proof if what I received….. just to prove that I wasn’t lying!!!! It’s been almost a week Ana still have not had any resolution. At least I received the Charlotte Tilbury palette 😳🤔
I had never heard of this box until watching your channel. Great Value & brands, like how it's every other month. You really get your money's worth. Do they have you fill out a profile? I feel like the Cover Girl product is too dark, but you can always donate it to a women's shelter ❤
I’d forgotten about this subscription box. I know that the value of the products is there, it would be nice if they had free shipping. If I noticed correctly, I believe that on the back of the Charlotte Tilbury pallet there were the steps to apply the shadows. It’s helpful, for girls like myself that need some pointers. 🦋
My box had the charlotte tilbury, the bare minerals lipstick, ofra bronzer, lip liner. I also received an NYX beach babe blush/bronzer that was not on the list
at leats you got the charlotte . i got a violet voss meh palette, bareminerals lipstick (in an ridiculous shade), ofra bronzer, maybeline eyeliner and covergirl highlighter. it was really laughable
