I love love the Blessed Sign and adding the dots took it to a new level. I think its beautiful. I have a large square tray I am going to try this with.
Thank you so much Martha! You should feel how heavy that sign is. I was like where did you get this cabinet door lady because its like crazy heavy. A large tray would be perfect! If you have an IG make sure to tag me in it. I would love to see how it comes out.
Hello LInda! If you're speaking about the little mini calendar those actually came with it. They are sold at dollar tree in the set. Thank you so much for watching :)
LOL! They have a little play area on the opposite side of the basement so they're always bringing me food goodies hahaha. Thank you so much for the kind words Suzanne!
I don't have, nor have I ever made a tiered tray. I have seen a bunch of RU-vidrs decorate their tiered trays, and several others make them; but I think yours would actually look good with my decor. I think I am going to have to make one soon. Thanks for the inspiration.
🙌🙌 get your craft on Judyann!!! I’m so excited it inspired you to create you own. My decorating style is all over the place so I felt this would fit with most “themes.”
MAJOR KUDOS ON YOUR DIYS!!! I LOVE, ACTUALLY AM OBSESSED WITH, TIERED TRAYS! HAVE MADE AT LESST 5 OR 6 AND GIVEN THEM AS GIFTS AND WILL BE MAKING MORE EVENTUALLY. LOVE HOW YOURS LOOKS! THANKS FOR SHARING!
Love these flip, to prevent texture it is best to remove the other plies in the napkin. For a smoother finish. Adding the dots made it balanced. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
The 3 tier tray turned out great! U crack me up!!! Not good at math but I can craft and pour a glass of wine!!!!! 😂🤣😂Bahaaaaaha!!!! Too funny!!!!!! Great diys! Love your sense of humor!!!!!👍🌾🍁🍃🍂😘
I love them all so much! You crack me up and when you put those vases on your eyes I was literally laughing out loud! My hubby probably thinks I’m crazy up here in my craft room laughing by myself! 🤣🤣🤣
I have seen soooo many tier try DYIs and I can honestly say yours is the BEST one and I’m going to let my creative energy flow with this one! TY TY TY Sammie
I love your tray! When I made my first tray using the stove covers, I was really concerned with the flimsiness of the metal. As a result, I tore it all apart and added some “spines” under the covers by using some flat craft sticks painted the same color. They couldn’t be seen and really added to the durability of the tray.
I just live the tiered tray. I've always seen them done with the dollar tree glass candlestick and I don't like it. Always seems too small, too fragile. Yours is amazing. Looks solid and tall enough for the things I want to put on one. Definitely going to make it. When you said torture the kids with making them watch you do the same thing over and over again, I lol. Woke my guy up because I would so do that!
I agree with you Trish! The candlesticks just felt too skinny for something so big. I'm happy I found those vases. I hope you have fun creating yours. Feel free to watch one of my hauls or something while making it hahahahah.
@@UnicornDustDesigns lol. I have a tray I made from plates that I love. I found at a thrift store beautiful anthropology plates! I used them a really sturdy, thick candlesticks. However, you can never have too many tierd trays.
Cut the ends on an angle so when they meet it blends in instead of having to put the end of the rope on top if that makes sense. I guess it’s hard to explain. Wish I could draw you a pic. Lol
Unicorn Dust Designs I don’t always like breaking out the resin. Plus you have to keep it on a turner. With the polycrylic you just do a couple of thin coats. I just only do it for the cups that have the mouth pieces so you don’t actually get the polycrylic with the drink or your mouth in case there’s some strange aftermath since it is a chemical. I forget who I watched it from. It was definitely WAYY before I started getting into crafts.
Unicorn Dust Designs the polycrylic I use a synthetic smooth white bristle brush. I got it specifically for my polycrylic. The resin I pour on a turner.
On the beginning, I did not like the blessed sign at all, but when you zoomed in close and began working on it, I was amazed. It turned out beautiful!!! Also loved the tiered tray.
Love ALL 3!!! I hv a tiered tray that I got for 66% off at hobby lobby n I couldn't pass it up! Urs is fantastic n u will b so surprised how quickly u will accumulate littles for ur tray. Enjoy!!! TFS 💝
This is the 2nd video I've seen with you.....and I've done decided, your like my crafting soul mate.......you make your tutorials soooo comical, that I get excited knowing that I'm gonna laugh while watching, know what I'm saying gurlfriennn.....my fav was the cabinet door....fav color is blue.....keep em comin!!!!!
Wuuuuuuuzzzzzup girl! Soul mates furrrrrrrever! I am so happy that you can come to my channel and get a little laugh while also watching awesome DIY's!
I am currently making my tier tray. I love the fact that you mentioned the depth of the pie pans. I had not thought about that and totally changed my mind on my top piece. Thank you and I always love your videos!
Ugggghh you're so welcome Jamie! Yeah, I bought those originally but after playing around with it I felt it would be a little hard to put things inside of it. I hope your tiered tray turned out awesome!
Cool Tray! Yes I made one with dollar tree lemon plates and a bowl. I also make them using glue dots so that they can come apart when needed. I think it would be cool to make one with the vases you used and put seasonal decor in the vase!
Hi Michelle! So the first tiered anything I made was the lemon plates with bowl on top and it was so crooked hahaha. Secondly the glue dots is genius! Thirdly, LOL, someone else mentioned filling them with pinecones during winter and I thought it was such a great idea! Happy crafting.
Hello from Maine. This is the first time watching your channel. I loved everything. When I first saw the believe sign, I thought it was a painting. You're so clever. I never dreamed it was a napkin. Also, you're so funny and down to earth. Thank you so much. 💙
Well hello Susan! Thank you so much for coming by and watching! Using the napkins are so fun and imagine the possibilities with all the different prints! And thank ya for the compliment
Can I just say I LOVE YOU!! You are by far my favorite to watch...the mumbling and imperfections make me want to start doing this...your my kind of weird and your signs and DIYs are awesome...and Hank, well what can I say, when he went up for the 🍓 container in one of your videos! 🥰 keep the kids and the 🐕 coming, you rock girlfriend!!!
Julie! Comments like this make all the bad ones ... well, not so bad hahaha. Thank you so much for the positive words and reinforcement! I appreciate you watching my videos and loving the chaos that is my life and channel!
I just love these. I do not have a tiered tray. I made one and gave it to my nephew and his fiancé for a house warming gift. I need to make another one. As I was watching this video my 3 year old was feeding me also. 😆
I love your tray, it's so nice. I am actually not very fond of the jute twine but you wound It the neatest that I have ever seen. Covering tht vase was super smart.
You are very inspiring! I love that you are doing some of these projects in blue! Blue is my color too! Yay! (The black and white buffalo plaid is adorable...but not my thing...so these blue projects are so fun for me to watch.) It's too hard to pick a favorite in this post because it is all so dangtootin' cute!!!.
I just discovered your channel!!!! I love the tiered tray!!!! Very cute!!! I will have to do that. I made one, but it is only a single tray. I will be doing this one. But I really love how that door turned out!!! That was really cool!!!! And loved that your four-legged child had to make an appearance and your daughter playing tea party!!! That was great!!! Thanks for all these ideas!!!
My pleasure Nadine! I am so happy you found my channel and chose to stick around for all the craziness haha. The tiered tray is one of my favorites. It's very neutral so it goes with anything! Happy crafting Nadine!
Girl! Who doesn’t have poly acrylic laying around?! I mean...we have bags of popsicle stick ends and toilet plungers stashed away...😂😂 and the DT shirts are sooo amazing!! I love them for crafting because...a dollar! Heck yeah! One of my husbands favorite shirts was from DT and he wishes I had bought him a few more too!! So soft and comfy!! Love your door and tray girl!! I always look forward to watching your vids. ❤️❤️ Oh and say mod Podge however you want!! Who cares what others say!! My husband says ‘modge Podge’ too and so does another crafter friend of mine (Courtney from Creative I’m the Cheap). Girl, you do you!! ❤️ Oh, one more thing...love the TP box!! I made one too but mine is coastal and looks like a Beach Bum street sign lol 😂 living on the Florida coast has me decorating all coastal like!! 😁🏖
Maybe get some feet for your tiered tray. Big wooden beads or cut some dowel. It’s beautiful though. And what the hell do I know. Lol. These are just thoughts👍
Thank you so much for this video...I was felling down since my dog passed in the weekend..but I started watching this and you instantly put a smile on my face..you are awesome..
I am so very sorry for your loss Kerry. I have my MowMow and she’s 14 years old. I never want to imagine a life without her but I know it will happen one day. My thoughts are with you. And I’m glad I could bring a smile to your face ❤️
Why thank you Claudia! I'm excited that people were actually happy to see me make one. I was afraid they were too "played" out. But I didn't have fun one so I thought this was a great opportunity.
I'm getting ready to make my first tiered tray. I had planned to just do the two stove covers, but after seeing this, I think I'm going to add the pizza pan at the bottom! Thanks so much for sharing!
It’s my pleasure sharing Brianna! Isn’t it crazy how you can start crafting with one thing in mind and then take it a completely different direction ❤️
Loved all 3. I've not made a tiered tray. I loved yours using the vases through. A tiered is in my future I do believe. I'm going to make a Christmas themed one and fill the vases with mini pinecones and greenery. You remind us that crafting should be fun and relaxing.
Oh that sounds so beautiful Valeria! If you post it on IG make sure to tag me because I would love to see it! And yes, crafting should be fun and relaxing. That's why I do it. A little break : )
Omg!!! I just stumbled across yoir channel today...and I LOVE you!!! Your crafts are beautiful and your personality is one of a kind!! Can't wait to watch them all!!!
I love how these turned out! The Blessed sign is just perfect and the toilet box is super cute! I like the tiered tray too! I love your attention to details! I used to be subscribed to your channel, Idk how come I am not but I went ahead and subscribed again! 😊💖
I absolutely love the cabinet door!!! Beautiful blue❤️❤️❤️Congratulations on making your tiered tray😄😄😄mine is still in pieces, unpainted and part of it is still in my car ( for at least 3 months now) LOL seriously 😂😂I have now been inspired to get with it and get it made... thank you😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Hahahaha. I've had all the pieces to my tiered tray for well over 6 months now. I knew it was about time to get er' done! I challenge you to complete your tiered tray by the end of this week. And if you have IG make sure to post it and tag me!
Unicorn Dust Designs I accept your challenge, but I live in one of the hardest hit areas of Louisiana and just got power back yesterday... so if you would allow me till next weekend I will get it done...12 days worth of laundry ( some I did in the tub) I need to catch up with my housework😳😳😳😳😳
Hello Sammy ☺️☺️☺️ You've made so many beautiful projects for this challenge 😍😍😍 It's hard to pick a favourite, but I'll think your tiered tray is my favourite item 😃 Love from Janny ❤️
I love love love all 3 of these crafts, the tray is super fun and not to mention that bathroom storage! Really cute idea, That blessed sign was fun with the napkin used as a decor piece. This was a super fun collab.
