A total of 95 people have alleged sexual abuse at the facilities in a lawsuit filed against the State of Illinois. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.

Wow this is disgusting, the child was supposed to be in a center to get help not to be raped. I don’t doubt that currently children in foster facilities are been abuse.

I believe it. My auntie who worked for the state always said this. She along with several others tried to fight for some of them kids but unfortunately this happens. Sad society we live in.

Not to blame the victim, but if a juvenile is arrested at THIRTEEN for illicit drug possession/use, something tells me the loss of adolescence was already a fpregone conclusion.

Already making excuses for his actions. No one forced him to take drugs. IF this ever happened, it happened long before he was jailed. How did he earn money for drugs at 13 ??? And, if they were trying to "bring up" their mentality, their attitude, etc., they would be giving them positive reinforcement, that could be taken incorrectly. Stop. He is trying to get over, like females do.

@@chaneliswell89 , let me guess, you're one of those feeling sorry for this guy, right ??? Never understanding that IF this alleged "sex*ual assault" was happening to him, it could have been prevented IF he had never started drugs at 13 (actually, BEFORE that, because he only got caught at 13, and had been doing them before that). So, now, many years later, when he can get some money, just like all of the #metoo movement - which he didn't get his case into the media back then - he is trying to collect money from the government. Notice that Pritzker is washing his hands of the situation, and blaming previous administrations. He will throw money at it, for it to go away. That is what this guy is hoping to happen.

You should also ask why he isn't looking for help with his illegal narcotics addiction that he had, and only got caught at 13 yrs of age, when started earlier than that. If you are a "traveling nurse", you need to start holding people accountable for their actions. Not just feeling sorry for people, who want others to pay them for pulling the wool over your eyes.
