Chicago-based artist Henry Kupjack is a master at making tiny rooms. His creations are so detailed they seemingly bring historical rooms to life. CBS News correspondent Dean Reynolds met up with Kupjack to find out how it's done.
Nice video. My sister & I like visiting the Art Institute of Chicago while in Chicago. The Miniature replica rooms are among our favorite exhibits to gaze at while at the Art Institute of Chicago. Henry Kupjack has done an excellent job with his art work, and it's appreciated by me & many people.
@@museummarg Eugene Kupjack handcrafted all of the elements and assembled them, while Mrs. Thorne designed the rooms working from photos. Arguably his work on each room was more irreplaceable. The original idea for the rooms came from Montgomery Ward, not Mrs Thorne, as they were advertising displays at the '39 World's Fair.
