Most gang intervention models are taken from Chicago. I could give names you might be familiar with but I saw close hand working with policy makers that there is no incentive for them to fix the problem. A lot of people will be out jobs across a lot of systems and industries. It’s a lot to think about when you really want to see solutions to these problems
