Not the best episode of the season. After getting the shooter that started all this Superintendent Kelton made a news conference about it to help his mayor campaign. In doing so he outed the only witness and caused the gang to put a hit out on her. No witness to testify the shooter walked. So Voight told the young gang leader to be a real shot collar he needed to enforce order and gave him the location of the shooter and told him to ‘take care of him’.

Hank would be arrested right there for assault with a deadly weapon battery threating to kill.. doesnt matter if he or they shot up a store. Law still stands

2:01 I’m sorry I know being paralyzed with fear is a thing, but I have never seen somebody who has heard a gunshot and had glass break. Meaning the gun is shooting at them and just stand there. I’ve never seen somebody in movies TV shows on the news I’ve never seen somebody just stand there and cover their face lives.
