There's more litter in the Westside which means the people over there don't care about they quality of life as much that's why there are crashouts outwest

Garbage everywhere, dilapidated buildings.. people hanging around everywhere... why don't they get a job or clean up, do something productive and good?
You saw a lot of places hiring? I mean, did you see any businesses other than a pool hall and convenience stores? Expecting people to work in an employment void is a bit of an ask.
I'm from out west and any true out west person would say being on the south side, they feel outta their element. Almost like two different cities. Then again, the city is huge like that.
