base time to drive from the circle interchange to 95th street ( non rush hour ) is roughly 16 minutes average rush hour travel time ( N/B or in bound am rush hr S/B or out bound in afternoon 30-40 minutes in snow closer to a hr , i have seen it as high as 1 hr 15 minutes

Interstates 90 and 94 in Dan Ryan Expressway, and Ontario Highway 401 through Toronto have the same type of express lanes. However, 401 have way longer express lanes (longest express lanes in the world) while in Dan Ryan Expressway, trucks are forbidden to enter the express lanes.

You don't see much Bentleys in America. However, the most common are in Europe and the most common country having Bentleys is the home country of the UK which is where Bentley originates.
