I asked Google Maps for breakfast, and the answer was Beatrix with 2,500 reviews, a salad bar, and an open buffet with multiple amazing choices, fresh and well-arranged.
After breakfast, I had to try Stan’s Donuts, the flavors and the spices are tasty, and it is Chicago’s famous.
Rabih joined me at the next stop which is Yolk, American diner style, we had chicken waffles, lemon pancakes, and croque madame.
We arrived at Randolph Street, we were there for Levain which has the best cookies ever, it is crunchy, fresh, enjoyable sweet, amazing butter, and rich chocolate.
A quick visit to a museum nearby and then Palace Grill which is a typical American restaurant, they are very famous for breakfast, we ordered Tuna Melt, mac and cheese, and hamburger freshly made on a daily basis.
For ice cream, we tried Hawn Michele’s homemade ice cream ranked number one in Chicago and well deserved, the texture is velvety and the taste is like eating cornflakes with fresh milk.
Museum of Science + Industry Chicago is very recommended for families and I will definitely be back soon with the kids.
