I really like Jason a lot, a wonderful and striking personality, and the fact that I want to become like him, I love him very much, and I live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but my origins from the Sultanate of Oman, I watched Chicago BD five times and every day I rewatch the episodes, and if I finish all the seasons, start again. Loved the role Mykelti played on CPD, and I adore Jason Beghe---always--- but Mykelti needs to work on his interviewing skills. It felt awkward. Sometimes he didn't even make sense.

I just noticed on the very beginning of this pod cast, Jason B was walking around the corner and had a black cane. Watched it a few times and that’s what it is. You can’t tell anything from the show. Maybe still issues from his accident in ‘99. He is terrific!
@IRS ALAMANDA In one interview, I forget what year, he said, "During the season I had 2 days off and I used it to have back surgery. " So that might explain the cane.

Funny----In one of his interviews, Jason made reference to being seriously considered for the Blacklist before he got offered the lead in Chicago PD. To this day I don't understand why he hasn't been nominated for a prime time Emmy for his role in CPD. What a huge oversight. I feel like the actors who are tops in their roles on major network shows aren't taken seriously and are always overlooked. Jason really, REALLY deserves an Emmy.

I didn't like Mykelti's character on Chicago P.D but OMG he is so sweet! The story Jason told of him and the other friends mugging that bloke and then watching that other man get hit by the car.... I mean wow 🥴 hell of a story to tell x

I admit that I am a fan of Jason Beghe. But, Google Jason Beghe allegations. 3 actors and 1 tech left Chicago PD. because of the way he treated actors and other staff. Interesting the interviewer says, " The way you treat the staff. They will do anything for you." In the beginning, there were MANY complaints about him re: sexual harassment, physically fighting with staff, screaming at staff and making them feel disrespected. NBC did an investigation on him and found ALL staff on Chicago PD had issues with him. So Jason had to apologize to everyone, undergo anger management, has an anger coach to learn to deal with anger. So basically he apologized to keep his job. So who is the REAL Jason Beghe? The one that screams and sexually harassed them or the one that apologized (because his job depended on it) and is nice to them? But, as Jason said, he is still learning about himself, he is still evolving.
@Not Sure They wished to remain anonymous because "complainers," what society OUTSIDE of Hollywood call victims of: sexual discrimination, verbal abuse, etc. were afraid they would never again be hired to work as actors or technicians, wished to remain anonymous. Sad their fear is well founded.

The universe? Geez people! Just admit it! The universe is The God of ALL Creation who CREATED THE UNIVERSE and either you believe in God or not, you WILL one day, and it might be too late for you! I'm glad Mr. Beghe woke up and ran and fast from the toxicities of Scientology! It clearly almost destroyed him and his family. It's so sad it ended his marriage. I hope he see's how blessed he is with his amazing talent with his acting and God's unconditional Grace on his life; especially after his near fatal car crash back in 1999. Wishing him the best!
