Walking downtown Chicago in this summer afternoon of late June, I took delight in the diverse buildings and the charming city vibes.
In Streeterville neighborhood, the skyscrapers, of diverse esthetics, against the blue sky with wispy clouds, seen from my walking routes, were stunning. The north “bank” of Ogden Slip and East Illinois Street radiated lively vibes.
I found the views seen around AMA Plaza in River North neighborhood were uniquely attractive.
When I was in the Loop, it was near sunset. The red sign of Goodman Theatre on Dearborn Street and the bright lights at James M. Nederlander Theatre on Randolph Street were striking.
