That´s right, Chick Corea was inspired by guitar music, it was a very nice thing that he used the Adagio from Aranjuez as an intro to his famous piece Spain. Best wishes!

It is reverb. But yes I agree that maybe the amount is a bit much especially when the piece begins to pick up pace. The playing is wonderful but the reverb seems to wash it out
With due respect.... Alas, too much echo / reverberation; unfortunately, it prevented my hearing clearly. Next time, maybe try high-definition microphone(s) without pickup & amplification? Nonetheless, I "liked" your video (voted "thumbs-up"), because I admire your musicianship and your interpretation & arrangement of Sr. Corea's classic composition.
