RECIPE:
(Ratio of soy sauce to vinegar and sugar is
3 Soy sauce- 1 Vinegar- 1 Sugar
-900gm chicken
-1/2 Cup soy sauce(pH brand)
-1.5 cups water
-Divide 3 parts of Vinegar to soy sauce measurement
-1 to 1.5 whole garlic crushed
-2 tsp medium crushed black pepper
-Brown sugar same measurement of vinegar
-1/4 or 1/2 cup oil(canola,veg,corn) if your into dry adobo and for fried rice adobo,
please don't use OLIVE OIL!😁
Optional:
-Chili of your choice
You can use the excess adobo oil for fried rice, just add some soy sauce,oyster sauce, for color,salt,sweet flavor... and garlic chips for garnish!
