Salaam sister I still think you should continue with your RU-vid videos. I'm sure there are many people like me who doesn't know how to cook. All Your videos have helped me and I enjoyed it.
could you do a dry fish/bombay duck recipe. will you b able to show the preparation involved??? LOVE LOVE LOVE your vids. Alhamdulillah im glad iv com across ur vids. could u put ur ingrediants in the info box aswell please????
@rahiimwah hussain i couldn't reply directly to your comment hun, but soi fita is made in a similar way to nun bora except all you need is rice flour, salt and water. Steam that of the ingredients until they look like large breadcrumbs, then leave to cool before kneading into dough. Make small shapes with them before steaming in a colander/steam basket over boiling water for about 10 minutes. That's it! Hope that helps.
Brill, lol that was quick, im watching you now as we speak, please dont think i was being rude, ive just started watching the akni vid, lol thanks for getting back to me 😂👍
Assalamualikum sis just wanted to ask do you know the soy fita recipe? i dont know if you call it that or if there's a different name to it. please let me know ive been wanting to make it for quite some time thanks x
Thanks bro for watching! I've watched all your vids and you are essentially living my dream in London, ma sha Allah! Keep it up, and in sha Allah hope to visit your stall/store if i'm in London!
Wasalaam sis. This recipe uses 1 baby chicken and also says how much rice to use also. It also explains why people use foil to cover the pot. Have you watched the video?
Mosh miah Rajah powder is basically a curry powder. You can use any mixed/curry powder of your choice. Also, measurements are more accurate done in grams than cups. Spices are easier to measure in spoons whereas meat/rice etc is easier to measure in grams
The Travelling Undhal thank you. How do you measure out your grams? Do you have a scale ? I don’t have any measuring tool for grams maybe I can convert it into cups?
Mosh miah I have scales. Converting cups into grams woildn't help really because cups usually measure in volume which would be different. For example 1 cup of rice wouldn't weigh the same as 1 cup of flour
The Travelling Undhal thanks I’m just trying to figure out how I can make this lol since I don’t have a scale I think I’ll just have to estimate the rice portion according to how I normally make it.
The Travelling Undhal its not safe to use foil as it leaves an intoxic smell wich is very dangerous i suggest you remove this for your own health and safety xx
+Rabeya Safiyyah I think 2 rice cooker cups of rice would be sufficient for 2 people sis (you may have a little bit left over, but it's better having more than less). About cups of water, I don't measure that way i'm afraid. I go by eye to be honest - however rice should be cooked 2 parts water to 1 part rice, so If you use 1 big cup, then measure out 2 cups of the same cup you use to measure rice and use that much
