Making of Bhuna Chicken Masala:

Chicken Marination:
👇
Chicken - 1kg (Each piece 30gms)
Fresh Lemon Juice - 1
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp (According to taste)
Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Kashmirlal Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Curd - 4 tbsp (100gms)
Mix Well
Leave for 30 Mins
Cooking Process:
👇
Mustard Oil - 8 tbsp (100ml)
Cardamom - 3
Black Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Dry Red Chillies - 2
Fry for 20 seconds on Low Flame
Slitted Light Green Chillies - 4
Fry for 20 seconds on Low Flame
Chopped Coriander leaves - half cup
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Chopped Onions - 3 Medium size (200gms)
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Fry till colour changes
Add 30 Mins Marinated Chicken
Spread the Chicken & leave for 1 Min on High Flame
Fry for 10 Mins on Medium Flame
Water Appears
Add Chopped Tomatoes - 2 Medium size (150gms)
Cook for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Close the lid & leave for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Close the lid & Give 1 Whistle
After 1 Whistle
Cook on Low Flame
(Ground Masala:
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 3
Grind into fine powder)
Add Ground Masala
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Crush & Sprinkle them
Leave for 2 Mins
Stove Off, Close the lid & leave for 10 Mins
After that Enjoy the Bhuna Chicken!
