Chicken Boti Rolls | चिकन बोटी रोल्स कैसे बनाएं 

CHICKEN BOTI ROLLS Chicken marination Add: 1. Chicken 500 grams 2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp 3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp 4. Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp 5. Roasted Cumin 1/2 tsp 6. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp 7. Salt 1 tsp 8. Soy sauce 1 tsp 9. Chicken Powder 1 tsp 10. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp 11. Curd 2 tbsp Marinate Chicken for 20 min then cook it for 6-7 min For Roti/ Rolls: 1. Plain flour 3 cups 2. Salt 1 tsp 3. Sugar 1 tsp 1/2 tsp 4. Baking powder 5. Refined oil 2 tbsp 6. curd 1 tbsp Add all the ingredients in flour first mix it until the crumbs are gone then add water as required or 1 cup to knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 20 min. For Tandoori sauce: 1. Fresh Cream 1 cup 2. Tomato ketchup 4-6 tbsp 3. Schezwan sauce 2heapedtbsp 4. Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Mix all the ingredients by mixing it with whisk for sauce. For Salad Add: 1. Onion rings 2. chopped green chillies 3. chopped parsley 4. chopped mint leaves cucumber 5. Lemon Juice 6. Salt a pinch.

Can we try with wheat flour as maida flour is not healthy. Your recipe is very nice
