He appears so intelligent but i felt taking that personal loan @ 18per incorrect.....but he will soon come out of this because of his good attitude.....keep going...all the best sir....huge respect to all such business people
Interesting story anna...he is a hardworking person but his way of investing is very dangerous. He should stop trading and focus on investing. Chitti is illegal but it is the only way to gain more profits. Gold Scheme is also good choice.

Hi Sudheer, We did discuss on most of the things you mentioned. Like how much percentage retail and whole sale, Savings per bird, margin of profit, Day wise sales (Sunday to Sunday), Percentage of sales (Chicken vs Eggs). The original video length is 50 minutes and had to cutdown as people are complaining about lengthy video in prev videos. I will keep it mind and provide more crisp information going forward.
When we sell mutual funds, there will be zero tax for the first 1 Lakh profit. Above 1 lakh profit ki, we need to pay 12.5% tax. Means when your profit is 2 lakhs, first 1 lakh profit is tax free. The next 1 lakh, we need to pay 12.5%. Hence for 2 lakhs, you pay 12,500/-. Invest in all family accounts so that the first 1 lakh is free from tax.
After seeing this video , Chandu You didn’t give any proper suggestions from any corner He is doing FD He is paying chits He is doing gold schemes Why you suggesting SSY All are really bad investments And doing LIC It’s common I know you have a passion but it’s doesn’t works my man Very poor routes all are given by you I know you are telling very little about financial freedom Why he want to invest in sip with another amount is my question Work while coming to RU-vid Poor guidance for you Manikanta Seriously Down
First of all thank you for you inputs. We shouldn't look everything in terms of finance. Finance , Investment for a salaried employee and business person differs a lot. As mentioned in the beginning of video, The video is mostly on the business and with a little planning. He did FD because he want it to act as emergency if he need to give credit to any big corporate clients or in case of emergency. Taking loan and making an FD is definitely not advisable. But anyhow he already did it. Chit works in case if needs money in next 1-2 months and its a very little interest credit he is getting. Coming to gold investment, It is his personal wish to make ornaments to his daughters. Considering all these, One safest instrument he can invest for their daughters future is SSY. And do you think is it a bad practice to start investment in SIP. Just like everyone, I also have a lot to learn. If you think you can provide a better plan for Manikanta, please feel free to add the detailed plan. I will call him and pass on the same information. It might help others as well.
@@PersonalFinancebyChandu as a financial advisor you are not supposed to encourage these kinds of investments First you learn and work very hard Don’t be in rush , keep focus on the subject not on the Aim of posting video on RU-vid on every weekend Thanks
Ante, business chesaka, sales oka 25-50 lakhs ayte, danlo nunchi profit 5.5 Lakhs. Mana salary elano ala.. so e amount lo, family and business expenses untay..
Literally you didn't said anything new. There was zero new idea to come out of debit. Yeah he may get some attention in business and some motivation from you. He new everything. One more suggest for that guy take care of health
He is going to take health insurance, Sukanya Samruddi Yojana for her daughters, and he is going to start an investment as well. He is going to get the returns from real estate and repay a few loans in the next 12-15 months. And on the business part, he is very good at acquiring new clients. Also it's not only the conversation that happens on record but there will be lot of offline discussion that also happens before recording and after recording.
