Chicken Degi Palao|Biyani Palao Combo|Tasty Chicken Pilaf

Ingredients:
Chicken 750 gms
Rice Extra long Grain 750 gms
Onion 2 Med sliced
Yogurt 2-3 Tbsp
Tamarind 2 tbsp soaked in water
Biryani Masala 2 Tbsp
Whole Spices 2 Tbsp
(Cumin seeds, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon stick)
green chilies 3 -4
Bay Leaves 1-2
Ginger/Garlic Paste 1-1/2 Tbsp
Tomato 2 Medium cubes.
Oil 3-4 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Red Chili Pdr 1/2 tsp
Method:
In a pan heat the oil and fry onions till light golden, Add whole spices stir fry, Now add ginger/garlic paste,stir fry add 2-3 Tbsp water and fry till ginger/garlic has been fully cooked,
Add chicken and fry till chicken is fried and tender.
Add tomato. Add salt and red chili powder again add 1/3 cup water.
Add biryani masala.
Cook until the tomatoes are tender, now add yogurt and cook well, add green chilies and add tamarind water discard the pits.
Add 1-1/2 water to the quantity of rice, and cook as usual, dish out and srve with raita.
