Tibor... You have to be the Energizer Bunny of Chefs! You are like poetry in motion as I watch you prep and cook... I'm picking up ways of doing things that are so simple but also time saving and practical that I hadn't thought of... for use in my humble home kitchen... Keep them coming... A real pleasure watching you work!
Omg fried rice! You make me remember my brother cooking when he was alive and he also was a chef we worked together till the end. Good memories. Hugs from Brazil 🇧🇷.
@@MrT2022 What mount and settings do you use with the gopro? I use that too and at 1080p, hypersmooth set to standard, bitrate also set to standard, the battery only lasts one hour and twenty minutes. Not to mention it's heavy with a headmount and uncomfortable. And getting the angle right is a major pain. I use superview.
👌 another magnificent performance! I would like to add that it takes a special kind of patience to deal with the general public. You take situations in stride.
I've been a chef for 30yrs, I've worked as a private chef I've worked in various restaurants but the best time in my career was my pub. Loved it, my only negative is the lack of seasoning in the rice, part from that it looked nice😊
when i watched that, i feel like a`ll be at my job, which i need to leave becouse of health condition, but... it`s so much pleasure to be ability to back ( virtually) to the kitchen. Only one thing what i`ll have in my head now, is how my "boss" will be give myself out about size of meal. "why you give them that much? they won`t eat that" this was another reason why i left that restaurant. As example, he want to me waight potatoes before cooking, and after to calculate how much he loose during this process. CRAZY. I hope youll be work in pleasure atmosphere, as i see you love what you do, and hopefully will be more videos. I wait, for video from start your shift to the end ;P set up all equipments are amazing ;)
Chef, I must applaud you on two things, 1) the use of egg in your fried rice. In my opinion egg is a must in any good fried rice. Unfortunately here in America many restaurants have gone away from it. 2) your cleaning of the microwave. It may seem trivial, but they need to be cleaned after every usage. I have seen some microwaves in restaurants that would send shivers down your spine.
Watching POV COOKING, GETTING READY FOR LUNCH SERVICE POV, 4 months ago, I have decided MR T is the human equivalent of a Rubik’s cube! Mr T you had so many dishes going at the same time and everything came out perfect 👍! Wish I could have seen everyone enjoying all your hard work! ❤ from Phoenix, Arizona!
this reminds me of teppanyaki restaurants in taiwan where they would fry up vegetables, meat, rice, seafood and other good stuff friends and coworkers often dine together in these restaurants (after work of course)
Just discovered these videos and I am hooked on them, learned you are Hungarian when I watched your nokedli video, we left Hungary in 1957 when I was2, I’ve learned much and am impressed beyond words with how skilled you are and how you retain such a cheerful demeanor. Is it possible to share where the restaurant is? I live in NY but might get there someday.
I would like to try cook these perfect food anf try it home can you write me recipe for these rice and egg dish MrT? Thank you and do what you do because you do it perfect!
I love fried rice but I have diabetes and glaucoma and my doctors seem to think I need to live off of salads only. Sorry but once in awhile I need my rice "fix" so to speak.
Why did you put gloves on mid service? You get cut? Am fascinated with the whole kitchen process. Sorry for all the questions. I’m not familiar with how a professional kitchen is ran. I love your home cooking channel, it’s my favorite.
A few years ago I decided that when my children leave home (20 years at least hopefully) I'd love to just cook for people because I'd miss cooking for them and interactions would be nice. I'm also doing a fake business website for a course and chose this style of cooking for it, specifically leaving Wednesdays free for 'seasonal/holiday items' like this. Was looking for the closest one today and was gutted I missed the Lunar New Year! So many options. So glad you didn't though 🙂
