Chicken Fry Piece Biryani
Ingredients:-
Chicken- 500g
Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Onion- 1 sliced
Whole Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tb spn
Green chillies- 5
Mint- 1 bunch
Ginger garlic paste
In a pan add Oil, sliced onion, salt and brown it. Now add sliced green chillies, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Now add chicken pieces fry it in oil for 2-3 minutes. Then add water and simmer it for 10 minutes. Remove chicken pieces and keep aside
Now add salt and soaked basmati rice and cook it closed till rice is done.
Ingredients for Chicken Fry
Onion - 1 chopped
Green chillies- 4 chopped
Tomato purée- 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder- 1 1/2 tb spn
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
Crushed pepper- 1/2 tsp
Lemon- 1
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
In a pan add oil, onion, salt and brown the onions. Now add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Now add tomato purée, curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and sauté it. Green chillies and add boiled chicken pieces and fry it. Now add curry leaves, coriander leaves and crushed pepper, lemon juice and mix it well. Serve it rice
