@@aredboxnation 😄 so they were gossiping,... but about you! Funny creatures. Totally fell in love in w them after they accidentally entered our lives. Thx for posting!
@@mnm25479ah, so you because a crazy chicken person by accident too? We got a new Tractor Supply in tow and when we saw the Chick Days sign for the first time, I jokingly asked mom if we could get some. She laughed and said “sure” sarcastically. My grandfather (mom’s dad) who doesn’t understand jokes was also in the care and long story short, that’s how we’re ended up with out first dozen chicks.
The pot has probably become the favorite egg laying spot 😂😂😂 my hens would have 2 nesting boxes per hen & still would only use a few of them! The verbal chicken cussing got more intense the longer they had to wait in line while holding in their egg! 😂😅 it was as bad as a single restroom for a lot of ppl that were about to mess themselves & waiting in line! 😂😂😂
More like…. ‘’’Why are you sitting in a pot, Belinda?’’ Also same hen, ‘’Look everyone, Belinda is sitting in a pot!” Other hens in the coop:’’Hahahaha! Belinda, you’re not supposed to be sitting in a pot!’’ Belinda: ‘’Stop making fun of me! I’m comfortable!’’
My Mom was a farm girl. She could talk to chickens! Sounded just like these two gals, and the chickens would reply to her “talking”. It was hilarious! She did a great Loon too … they’d call right back too … 🇨🇦🖖🏻🇨🇦
This reminds me of the employeeslounge in the O.R. When some rookie nurse sits in the ONE chair that the old grouchy RN basically owns!! Believe me! I’ve seen it go down real bad!!😂😂😂
From my experience , I can’t say with certainty what the 2 hens in the video are talking about, but the background hen clucking about at 0:18 i can promise you she was walking around looking for a good place to lay an egg. If they can’t find a good spot they’ll just drop it wherever they stand.
I have 4 barred rocks and they do this to me when they want treats, which is all the time. And they do it when they want to be in the big yard with me. They are spoiled, on purpose. My babies.
It's amazing how you can actually feel the female energy just oozing out of that conversation, even though there's no way to know what was being said, if anything.
The places they pick is so random. We have them in their coop a nice clean set of holes they can safely nest in, but rarely they use them. Instead, they would pick corners of a building, the stranger places theyd pick are inside a hole on the ground under tree roots, inside broken milk crates, on a tree branch where eggs easily rolled off, under our outdoor sink between the detergents, in crevices around a small scrapyard.
Man there are way too many people who told me basically the same thing starting back in 2014...... Including watching my grandmother's face turn white when she realized I never got the money that she gave for me
They must both be high in the pecking order because one notch lower she’d be kicked out by ms barred rock, but ms barred rock isn’t low because pot head would have pecked her to set her straight by now. Chickenland people get my drift
