Preparation
Put about 600 g of chicken in one wider pan.
You can use all parts of the chicken.
Salt the chicken with about 7 g of salt and pepper as desired.
Crush one vegetable cube over the chicken or you can use vegetable seasoning instead.
Add about 300 ml of water, ie enough to cover the chicken halfway.
Cook the chicken covered for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally to cook on all sides.
During this time, all the water will evaporate and only chicken fat will remain on the bottom of the pan.
If you do not have enough fat, add about 50 g of butter or oil.
Fry the chicken on low heat on all sides until golden brown.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour and let it fry a bit, ie fry it until it starts to foam.
Add a little red pepper and about one teaspoon, but not too much.
Add the milk little by little. All in all, 500 ml of milk is needed.
Cook the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add salt if necessary.
