Would the times be the same for an InstantPot? I love mushrooms as much as you do.

Yes, and can be done in just a normal pot, too...just have to cook the chicken a little longer. But lovely white wine and fresh buttery, oniony mushroom flavour - with all the last three quickly added at the end - are what make this so tasty.
