Kofta kebabs are kebabs made with ground meat and lots of seasonings. They're super flavourful and juicy. These chicken kebabs are a healthier, lighter version of the classic Kofta kebab. They are incredibly simple to make and taste fantastic. These chicken kebabs make a delicious appetiser with salads and may easily be turned into sliders, sandwiches, or wraps.

Serves : 4 (12 kebabs)
Ingredients:
450g chicken fillets (cut into small chunks)
3 green chilies
3 garlic cloves
2cm ginger
2 tbs coriander
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
juice of half a lemon (optional)
2 tbs breadcrumbs
1 tbs oil
